Guys, I feel like I'm wasting time just sitting and not doing anything to help my case. My letter is still not here and if I have 30 days to prove or appeal, then I'm wasting them. What should I do?

Also, is there anything specific I should look for in the GCM notes. There are 35 pages. I saw the 'notes' section and it repeatedly asked for Urdu Nikkanama and IMM5406 but my lawyer didn't send it I guess. It says under the notes that the case might be rejected because of incomplete file but my MP said it's already rejected with no appeal. So, what should I do? Who should I contact?

I can't contact my lawyer because he said that I'm 'harassing' him with asking so many questions.

What does your ecas say? If it is DM then your case is rejected and if it is still IP that means you might be contacted again for the req of docs.
Cant you sue that lawyer ? Ask immigration lawyers, also there is a member Hina and one more , Gango girl (something like that) contact them and get help.
Make a new topic in this forum and ask your questions there, there are more senior members with a lot of exp who will definitely tell you the right solution.

its never too late
u should write a lettert explain them that u never receive anything attach urdunikhanama and sent it by mail as soon as possible
and also send an email with attached copy of urdu nikhanama

they usually request orignal urdu nikkahnama
u must mail them orignal with an explanation letter

Again I appreciate for looking out for me and my daughter. As everyone suggested, I'm waiting for the letter to really analyze what my next step will be.

You have a daughter. How can they do this? Y cant u reapeal for 3 years...??? I dont think theres any such law.
