Did u e.mail London and wrote urgent in subject heading and told them you got interview date and remedial is written in interview letter.please send me remedical request letter asap.thanks e.mail address is ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca.send them e.mail asap

the first thing you MUST do immediately is to notify cic about your new born baby otherwise you might face some complications.
About your interview: best rule is not to volunteer any information.. during the interview do not hide anything and only answer questions which are asked. (although it wont harm mentioning about your husband's future visit that he is coming. future plans are just talks and your husband has the right to visit you..so relax) one answer usually raise and trigger another series of supplement questions. so stick to what is asked and don't worry interview is just part of the sponsorship game.
About informing CIC about your interview date and new born baby:
- if your file is being processed in LVO you can send them the confirmation of your interview and info about your new born baby at this link

important: dont forget to declare your baby and inform cic as soon as possible.

Same thing with me and sent email and within same day I received Medical instructions forms. However put urgent in subject line with you case number and interview time +day of birth and first and last name.

Yes i did the london office send this e mail and i was reply on same day.

- countries visited/country of residence since the date of your original medical, including details of all/any business trips, holidays/vacations or stopovers of any duration.
- details of any illnesses, however minor or temporary, since the date of your original medical.
If the medical officer determines that an extension of your medical validity is not possible, repeat medical instructions will be sent.

Question: My MP called me and told me the exact same thing as it appeared on my ecas. "Decision made and will contact my spouse regarding their decision". I requested notes which are due on Monday, Feb23. I called my lawyer and told him that he said "why did you request notes?!" and said that this is going to delay my case even further. I'm so confused - can someone please help?!

yes, its great idea actually, because u dont have to worry abt ur visa next time when u visit Pakistan. I am also going for NICOP in march.
