We have a baby now born this month.. my husband visited 3 times in the past 2 years n 4th visit is gonna be next month. He already got the ticket. He is working. His taxes are clear. Do u think they can still refuse our case??? I have interview next month. Just scared. And shld I mention my husband is coming when I go for interview??

I assume your case is too strong because of baby, what was the reason to put you in Interview?

When they call for second medical before background check or after background check. What they do at first and after submit additional document what they do either put in quee or resume working on file.

Thats wt I m thinking y m in interview. Our case was straight forward... the only thing which could raise objection is that officially I m 3 years older then my husband lol. His date of birth shows him 3 years younger then me. Now obviously VO doesn't know this n he wont know this. Other then this age thing we have no issues. This is our first marriage. We were in same schools. We were engaged for 4 years then got married. We did send london an email about pregnancy but we got automatic replies. So I dont think they really considered it. What do u guys think now? Do u think they can still refuse?

Its probably the age gap that they put u in the interview.
they tend to do that in many cases.
Best of luck. You will get visa on the spot in shaa Allah.

Question: My MP called me and told me the exact same thing as it appeared on my ecas. "Decision made and will contact my spouse regarding their decision". I requested notes which are due on Monday, Feb23. I called my lawyer and told him that he said "why did you request notes?!" and said that this is going to delay my case even further. I'm so confused - can someone please help?!

When ur status changed to "decision made "??
My decision made on 5 February. I m also waiting for ppr.

Requesting for your notes never delays your case in the least at all. What does delay your case is continuous email to Visa Office and asking MP to call them on your behalf and I know as I have seen many members cases delayed for 6 months......

I pray you all get Visa's soon In Sha Allah.............

My passport was recieved by chc on 12th jan....its been more than 5 weeks....should i email london and inquire abt my visa and passport
