VAC has nothing to do with visa stamping etc. It is only used to make the courier process error free and secure.

HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP

salam all, so Alhamdulillah wife got her passport and I am leaving on Feb 15th for Pakistan.

My question is I need to apply for a LVP for my son who just turned 1. In November 2014 I applied for his Citizenship Certificate but since I didn't have a paid ticket I couldn't apply for LVP.

If I go to Islamabad consulate, do they allow me to go inside and submit his application on the spot. Does anyone know what I need to do or any tips to expedite the process. I have purchased a return ticket for March 24th.

My husband medical was done on 17 Dec and after tha they ask for his police certificate and schedule A and we send that and they rcved it on 2 Feb but after that we didn't heard anything ??? Should i email at lLondon office ya fr Kya karo ?? Any idea kab tak mujhy koe rresponse milay ga meri ecas be abhi in.process hai DM nae hue plz koe idea DA Ka kab tak kuch update huga .

Hopefully in mid of March your ecas status will be changed to Decision made, if it's sooner you're lucky. I'm updating this with previous experience. Jazak Allah.

Handsup answer is very precise. VAC has nothing to do with visa stamping. CHC is randomly stamping visas so stay hopeful n Blessed. In Sha Allah within next few days wait will be over for us as well. Pray Regularly & Jazak Allah.

Salam guys,

I have a question. I got married (just nikah) in 2011 but then I divorced my wife in June 2012. I never applied for her sponsorship by the way .As I was not aware I had to get divorce ceritificate from Nadra before I remarry, I got it late in Sep 2013 just before my second marriage which was in Sep 2013. I have applied for sponsorship of my wife. I got acknowledgment from London visa office in June 2014 and few days ago I got this letter from visa office that my Nadra divorce certificate has "Authority Granting Divorce" as Husband side . Visa officer thinks it should have been Artbitray council or court. Futher more in my certificate Date of Notice is June 2012 and Date of failure of conciliation is June 2012 and Effective of Divorce is June 2012 as well. Visa officer also pointed out that Iddat 90 day period was not observed before issuance of divorce. They want evidence that council was involved and granted the divorce and that 90 day iddat period was also observed. How can I convince and provide evidence for that. If i fail to do this then my spouse application would be refused. I am really depressed and confused and frustrated at the moment. Please help me.

Please share when Did you submit your passport? So other members can hava a clue what dates are getting delivered now.
