Helping me would be guiding me through the process and not calling all of us 'lost'. All of us are here for the same reasons: Guidance, clarity, support and mentoring.

We all realize the back-ups but it's just like with anything be it the health card office or Driver's Licence or even any of the Municipal offices but there are people working who should be making this process simpler and easier especially when everything is so technological friendly. Been in Canada for 30 years, know how the system works friend
