InshAllah, the thing is if ppr 2 email ask us to send our passport through VAC to CHC Islamabad, then we can't use anyother courier service i guess. then we have to send our passport through this VAC way.

Really did you read what I wrote as you and others are really lost. I have not witnessed all this in over 4 years that I have been a member here. SEND IT TO CIC IMMIGRATION ISLAMBAD BY TCS SIMPLE AS THAT. ITS RETURNED WITH TCS YOU PAY THE RETURN!!!

1. I sent an email to request GSM notes on 23 Jan, 2015. I still haven't heard anything from CIC!! What should I do?

2. I sent inquiry emails to both Islamabad and London VO and they never replied!

3. My status changed to Decision made and VO will contact the sponsor but never got an email or a letter.

Help!!!! ??? :'(

if.cic.london.send.us.ppr.e.mail.asking.that.we.should.use.vac.so.then.we.have.to.do.
if.cic.london.is.not.advising.us.vac.and.giving.us.a.address.of.chc.islamabad.then.we.can.use.any.courier.service
i.think.they.ask.vac.service.just.for.security.reasons.

GCSM Notes takes 30 to 40 days. If decision is made wait!

If any of you had to wait like the rest of us had to wait you all would be lost. Persistent emails will make you trouble! Can you Imagine getting 50 thousand emails a day. If it says they will contact wait they will contact you In Sha Allah

You said I'm out of this yes I am but it took over 4 years. I have gained enough experience to help guide you all. But some are so darn rude I have not witnessed this in all 4 years. If you are acting like this how on earth are you going to make it in Canada!!!

No one sent multiple emails - it was just one to each VO office to find out where my file was. Anyways, thanks for your reply

yes you do. But even if you wont, they will give you time with specifications to bring pics back.

can someone guide me on the current process to sending the passport to get the visa?

the PPR forwards us to the VFS Visa Application Center website. and there they mention to send the passport and documents to the VAC either in person or via courier to the following office (for lahore)

Canada Visa Application Centre
20/20A, Opposite Ganga Ram Hospital
Queens Road, Lahore

My question here is that, do I send my documents via TCS to the address above? and they will take care of sending the passport to the embassy for visa issuance? and once issued, will my passport be sent back to my home address or the CVAC address above?

Send it by Courier and TCS is safest and they will return it same way you must pay at the door
