Jazak Allah for ur response. Immigration assumed that our daugter and I want to remain in Pk even after hubby recieves his visa and we have no intention to return to Canada this was found out through our oct notes.

Otherwise as per notes we have beeen placed in interview queue for this reason they believe the marriage to be genuine bc of our daughter allhumdullilah. Have yet to receive a date for interview. But inshalllah due to additional docs sent in Nov and Jan we've been removed. So I submitted additional docs in Nov pertaining to my job starting in March insha Allah. Also we r returning to Canada Feb 24. I also submitted a copy of our one way tickets to Canada and a plea for husband to accompany us for our 28 month old daughter's sake. Pls make dua for us.

Insha allah ur back is doing better. Has ur husband found a job yet?

got remed request on 25th november 2014

asked for police clearance certificates from pakistan, by LVO...30 days deadline otherwise my application would be refused..me and my wife have been living together since may 2014....what the hell do they need to prove our relationship is real......this wait is killing me..

So you think you don't have to prove your relationship is real???? Then in that case all applications should be approved!!!!

Really have you let them know about all this? That you both are living together???

They have moved their office to trafalgar square.. i think first they used to at grosvenor street or something like.. dont worry abt it.. just send it to the address they have mentioned in the email

London visa office asked for some documents....i have sent the requested documents on the address mentioned above....is this the correct address? it was mentioned at the end of the email they had sent regarding the documents....i m worried about the address, as it is different from the one given in the email i had received from islamabad visa office when my file was transferred to London.

CIC asked my husband for sschedule A .... When I applied his case at that time he was working with a private college but now he left his job and start working as a self employed retailer Ka kam krta hai but he don't have any ddocuments or any other proof to show them....
Can someone plz tell me what should I do
