Airlines allow 2 pieces of luggage not 2 suitcases.... Emirates doesn't allow any other item other than a hand carry bag with max 7 Kg.

I have 2 piece, 1 blanket bag, 1 hand luggage will I be able to take that . Qutar and pia

Qatar Airways to Canada - Economy Class >> 2 pieces, each not to exceed 23kg (50lb) and a maximum dimension of 158cm (62in) & One piece, not to exceed 7 kg (15lb) as hand luggage.
You are allowed to carry a blanket as ( additional ) hand carry but I am not sure about the weight and/or dimension of the bag.

No. But yes under some exceptional circumstances.

Guys, just wondering, how long did it take for you guys to finally receive some update or a notification of a decision being made after you submitted your documents? Did it take full 32 months (whatever the processing time is?)? Or did it happen sooner?
