you have to send the document to the same email... simply hit reply button and send them the document... its upto you if you want to send by courier i prefer sending by courier as welll... so you decide..... i know some ppl they dont send it by courier some do both (Email and courier)

Should be very similar... you can contact various travel agents in Pak... in Canada, most bookings done online/telephone.
They say to get best prices check online, but i've seen some offers from Travel Agents in the past which were priced lower.

I want her to come by the end of feb as I am on a training starting from next week till 22nd Feb 2015

You should have your Nikkah nama is Urdu as urdu is National language of Pakistan.
2nd. You have to translate your urdu Nikkah nama in english and certified from Notary.
3rd. You have to send a photo copy of your urdu nikkah nama and Original of English Translated certified Nikkah nama.
4th. write your file number on each document which you will send to Visa office.
5th. Attach a cover letter stating that you have this, this documents in this mail as you were asked to submit these documents.

I gave them our marriage certificate in our Afghan official language Dari it was also in English as well when we first submit our application. Why would they ask me for Urdu as its not my language!!! Attested. Today I sent them email explained that Afghan government is not issuing Nika namah in Urdu.

No, I am on company training next week for the entire month of Feb and last two weeks of Jan - that is why I have delayed my wifes arrival to Canada

CHC also received our passports on Dec. 3rd/4th yet we are still also waiting... hopefully today is the day!
