- Newly completed, signed Schedule A form and updated Additional Family Information IMM5406 form. Please ensure these forms are fully completed; in your last Schedule A form there were gaps in the Personal History section, between Oct. 2010 and Apr. 2011.


- Updated, original Pakistan Police Certificate.

- Copy of the bio-page of your current passport and details of your height and eye colour.

My wife got this email today from London. I dont know why they ask again for Nikah nama in Urdo and English. our nikah nama was in Pashto Dari and English, issued in Peshawar. I submitted original with my application first. After 8 months they return all my original documents.

Any idea? Seems this is geniric email.

My Timeline is on the left My medical done on December 01 2014,
e CAS changed to in process Nov 09 2014
e CAS Changed to Decision Made December 20
PPR 2 January 13 2015.

u need to write ur file number on top of every document ur sending like the return address label or if thwy asked u for any other form or document . File number is the application number that starts with F000...

as for the height n eye colour..
what i did ws i wrote aletter on word.. stating that in the envelope ull find attached so n so document n there kn the same letter i typed my height n eye color too..
n i printed the email attached my letter n there email as a cover letter... it becomes really simple for them

I don't what their problem is bro. really! Why the hell are they keeping our passports for so long.
Today offically marks the 7th week start since wife mailed in her passport.

They sent out 60+ packages via TCS today...so at least they are working and picking up the pace ...hopefully ours is in the next batch.

Have you emailed/contacted anyone yet ??

my husband contacted lawyer n he mailed thm yesterday,will contact mp today as well...dnt know when will the batch initiated which includes ours pp...did u contacted lvo?...i dnt know whts the rocket sci behind stamping visa when already case is finalized....
