So was your interview waived or did you attend?
May i ask the reason?

After re-medical it took 2 weeks for status to change on ecas to DM for us... took 1 month after DM for PPR email to come from LVO.

I didnt attend i asked for reschedule because they gave 5 days to attend it and i wasnt in town (jun.2014) then in (sep.2014) they sent me a mail regarding my relationship because i was nikah only case..meanwhile my rukhsati was done ,so i sent them rukhsati proofs and my husbands visit proof ..so i was thinking maybe my interview is waived.

its been 60 days and still no sign of passport ::)

Dont worry my ecase doesnt show medical received as well. Sometime VO dont update ecase status.
But i would recommend you to follow up via your MP. Atleast you will get to know whats happening.
I ordered notes quite a few times but everytime there wasnt anything new in it. Mps actually do follow ups after every few months if you ask them to. That will let cic people know that the person is curious to know about whats causing the delay. Also you dont worry... There are many january 2013 cases still waiting

can i take my homeopathic capsules with me when i come to canada? or will there be any issues?
also i use hair tonic its like oil from Forhanse, can i bring tht too?

Hello everyone,

Can you please advise what is the best way to get my MP to inquire about my case?

Should you contact via email, phone, or directly show up at their office?

I've emailed LVO, but that will take a month, if they do reply at all.

Please advise.

Thanks.

visiting MP's office is the way to go, and i believe they might not do much if you inquire over the phone, they might actually ask you to come to the office. so just go in. probably take your initial assessment letter along with your DL and hopefully that will do just fine.

Thanks for your insight.

I was hoping to avoid going into office, bc they are 9-5 mon-fri and thats when i'm at work also.

Need to follow up on the whereabouts on my wife's passport. PPR2 came Dec 1st, Mailed it in on Dec 2nd, CHC-ISB received in on the 3rd and still haven't received it back. All the while others who also got PPR on Dec1st mailed it in after us and already received their passports back this past week.

Already emailed LVO, but that'll take a month for their response - if they reply at all.

I will try calling MPs office Monday and maybe send him an email.
