CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

i have a question regarding CIC checking our emails.
CIC gave me 2 months to send my son's birth form to them, which i already had sumbitted on 5th nvember. i have emailed them with the tracking number and everything else that was relevent to it, now i want to know is that will CIC check my email and look for the parcel in coming working days or they will only check my email when 2 months have completed?

I would suggest that you scan a copy of the documents you sent them, and submit via case specific inquiry online. In the body of that letter you may provide the courier numbers etc. These case specific requests are automatically issued a reference number and there is no way that they wont get it. As soon as you submit it, you will get an automated confirmation email that you can use later as a proof in case needed. I tried this method once and it worked. When i sent scanned copy, they added that to my file. upon receiving the originals after a few days, they made a note on my file that they did receive and have seen the originals. After that they even sent my originals back to me. ( I found out all this through my GCMS notes).

i replied to the orignal email by attaching the DHL receipt and cover letter from my lawyer. i hope they find the parcel and dont ask me to send it again.

Hopefull all those who got the ecase status changed to decision made in december would get ppr by Jan.. New year would bring good news to all

mine status also changed to DM in december too i hope in JAN we will get our PPR.. INSHALLAH...
