Since its re-med & an updated PCC, my experience says that it would be between 2/4 weeks.

i booked my flight 15 days before is it still valid??

You have to be in Canada to order notes and you will require a credit card it will cost $5.

Section A & C - If your the sponsor fill out your name
Section B - your spouses name is filled out (applicant)
Section D - is your choice Mail or Email correspondence
Section E & F - signatures and dates
Section G - if your under age 18

According to my notes my husband is in interview que .
VO wrote notes on Nov 10 and BF date is 10th December.
What time frame I should expect ?

Vo only mention to get new PC which expired in June however medical is also expired in May.(but no mention about it)

What do you think they will send email for PC, Medical and Interview all together or what is trend?

If you want to use a representative then u ll have to fillup the last form, A representative is the person which you authorize to communicate with Visa office on your behalf and he/she ll get all the emails and corespondent on your behalf. Better not to have any representative and give your email to deal direct with visa office.

Pay the fees

There are two ways you can pay:

online (preferred option) or
at a financial institution in Canada.
For option 2:

We will need to mail you an original receipt. It may take two to three weeks to arrive.
Bring this receipt to pay your fees at the bank or wire service. They will keep one section and give the rest back to you.
Send one section with your application and keep the other for your records.

Mail your completed application to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, Ontario.

If CIC didn't asked for re-meds then chances are that your previous Medicals would be extended by them (which is a good news ) and I personally think that all would be over in 2 weeks time so you might be receiving email anytime before 31st.

Aashi time line is very bad I applied in March 2011 and my additional documents lost in a mail to Chc islamabad.in April 2012 .Desi lawyer and chc Islamabad blâme game refuse my case due to paper lost . uh oh thats really bad .. Same happened to one of my family member she appealed last month n is very depressed .. Her additional forms were lost by chc isb ... U r such a hope for her
