Hey Guys Just to update everyyone on my file.....

I submitted the documents for my wife sponsorship on october 29th 2013.
On November 26th I was approved as the sponsor...
My file transferred to LVO on 27th Jan 2014...
Received medical request on Nov 3, 2014
No changes on eCAS
my wife sent her medical on november 20, 2014 (I am assuming they must have received the medical by 24th or 25th Nov, 2014
On Dec 1, 2014 I check eCas and it says 'Decision Made'

AND FINALLY TODAY ME AND MY WIFE IN PAKISTAN BOTH RECEIVED THE EMAIL TO SEND THE PASSPORTS TO ISLAMABAD SO THAT THEY CVAN ISSUE THE PERMANENT RESIDENT VISA FOR HER... THEY ALSO ASKED FOR SOME INFO REGARDING HER HEIGHT AND EYE COLOR

so InshAllah we will send the passport tomorrow. I would like to thank everyone for their help and support....

Also I would request you all to pray for all the departed souls of Army public school peshawer.... and its about time Army should take control of this beloved country.... I CONDEMN THE ATTACK ON APS PESHAWER

Sraja, i have been through a great trouble last week.
Did you used any agent or laywer for your case.
I am also feb,2013 applicant and also complaint of no remed till now. we used an agent for our case. Last week my husband went to MP to check case progress, and MP told after checking from CIC london that CiC sent our agent an email on 1st oct,2014 about repolice clearance, remedical, schedule 1 form and passport info. And that stupid agent never forwarded us that email. i was in great shock. Now i email LVO and also made a request through Mp and sent all these doc to LVO yesterday.But i am very tense that what they will do with my case next as i was more than 2 months late.....

O that's very upsetting to know. I hope and pray that you get out of this mess n everything sorts out for you. No, we never hired any agent / middleman for our case. My husband and I did everything ourself with just one mistake and that was to send an English nikah nama instead of an urdu one. So that's causing the delay perhaps.
But I'm just wondering what's causing this delay, whereas my notes show some satisfactory comments by the VO. Khair Allah knows best! keep praying for everyone!

yes unfortunately my husband has yet to receive a remed request and he is a Sept 2012 applicant :-X :-\

folks just a quick thought, whoever's application is getting processed faster than usual time(lets say anyone getting through CIC in 12 months or so), perhaps a good idea to post anything and everything they might have done differently in applying or after applying perhaps? maybe visited their spouse in Pakistan more often? or sent in more pics?got notes more often & prepared accordingly? basically anything that one thinks might be the reason for their application's quick processing. it will be definitely helpful for all new applicants.
