I am trying to order notes. I have noticed that they have updated Form IMM 5744 (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/form-imm5744.asp).

Kindly please help me filling in the form. Dont know what section is for applicant and what section to be filled for the sponsor (Myself - Looking to order notes on my spousal file in lvo).

You have to be in Canada to order notes and you will require a credit card it will cost $5.

It takes 30 days from the time you order

Section A & C - If your the sponsor fill out your name
Section B - your spouses name is filled out (applicant)
Section D - is your choice Mail or Email correspondence
Section E & F - signatures and dates
Section G - if your under age 18

hi, i applied for spouse sponsorship in May 2013 when i was in pakistan....i came to dubai in december 2013....and i got re medical request in November 2014...i did my remedical last week here in dubai...and i have been told that i will be asked for passport soon....so my question is where would i submit my passport? i mean either in UAE or in Pakistan, Plus how long is it gonna take for the passport request and then back stamped with visa..besides that my immigration file is in UK office

Just checked my ecas and status has changed to decision made Alhamdulilah!
Hoping I get passport back with visa before the end of December !

Should I send a letter to Immigration as my daughter and I are returning to Canada in Feb In Sha Allah.

Asking to please provide my husband with a visa by Feb so that he can return with us. The situation is not getting any better in Pakistan and now Lahore is chaos which is where I'm currently residing with family.

Send the requested forms and now you will get PPR2, as PPR1 is included in thin email already. No you do not need to get overseas NIC, NIC has nothing to do with landing in CA. It stops working till you get in plane at Pakistan Airport.

If I am not wrong your spouse is in IQ as well right and the reason was that CIC thinks you wont go CA when spouse gets PR. This is the best thing you going to do, and MAY be this letter with tickets copy put your spouse out of IQ. Wish you all the best.

I recvd the exact same email without the remed because it was done 2 months earlier. Sent everything on 13th Nov which they recvd on 15th nov. No ppr2 uptil now. Really hoping to hear something this week.. In Sha Allah.
