So my mp made an inquiry in regards to my remed done in july 2014 because i still havent got the results or any response and here is the reponse from NDVO. My app was transferred to NDVO from islamabad. My mp attached the receipt of remed confirmation:

Please note that the attachment that was provided in your earlier e-mail regarding confirmation of XXXXX's medical examination has been placed on file for officer ‘s review . We are still awaiting for her medical results. We will be in contact with the applicant as soon as processing is complete or if there are further requirements.

I trust that this information will be of assistance in responding to your constituent.

anyone who is going through the process of immigration need to remember one thing about this whole process of dealing with CIC and its related offices- "they can do, or undo anything they want, they can take 2 years time to JUST look at a piece of paper showing one's medical". they can refuse a married couple with 2 kids stating that relationship is NOT genuine.(douches, 2 kids, what else do you need to believe relationship genuine,i know someone who went through this just last year).obviously such things don't happen as often, rare cases. but my point is that CIC can say, and do anything CIC can think of irrelevant to how it might effect someone's whole life. the best one can do is go through the process of appealing, yet that takes over a year with at least 10-14 thousand of $$. & all this can be VERY bruising on someone's life, and on certain relationships specially when its all long distance, Thanks God to south asian culture that relationships mean a lot thats why even after going through all this people still stick to their spouses otherwise all such insanity by CIC in certain case could be more harmful than most of us can even imagine.
my suggestion is to just wait and pray and stay in touch with your spouse throughout the process because not much more than that you can do and hope your VO isn't going through a bad day when he is reviewing your file. sorry didn't wanna be negative but wanted to give you a reality check on CIC.

why another 4 months to just request a passport after even decision was made by courts. simple because they can do it and all you can do is " sit and wait".

when you refer to ppr1 and ppr2, what do you exactly mean ? does this has to do with your husband's passport as well as your dependent's passport request? or something else? thanks

I received an email today from London with two letters attached. One letter stating the instructions for step 1 of passport which is to send photocopy of passport and fill out chart. Second letter stating instructions for step 2 which is sending original passport to Islamabad. I sponsored my husband. I have no kids yet.

I have been in a very big problem. I am 7 th feb,2013 applicant.
I got Nikahnamma request on 20 th aug through letter.
Then after that my case went " inprocess " on 16 th oct 2014.
But i did not got any response fron CIC.
Then Today my husband contacted his MP and he told that a letter was sent by CIC to our agent in canada and he did not delivered that letter to us.
It was issued on 1st oct 2014 and it was about police ,schedule 1 and ppr1...
i am very very worried , time is over now, what i should do now.........

Did u contact your "agent" in canada? He is responsible for forwarding any letter or news he gets from CIC ....

Agents are piece of shit, they are careless.
just email them updated information chart and Schedule 1,
and contact to you nesr SP office, full the requirements, they will issue certificate in 3 days,
They will ask for "Chai Pani" as certificate fee.

contact your immigration consultant/agent first and ask them what happened, human error is a possibility, but there is always a way to fix it.usually not only that they send you a letter but also email the same thing. i am surprised how come both didnt get noticed by your agent. contact him & i am sure he can fix it. PS- you can always contact CIC directly but since you have someone representing you probably a good idea to ask your agent.

Allhumdullilah havehope2014 that is exciting and wonderful news congratulations... you had an interview in June 2014 and they now sent you PPR 1&2 that's a long time... In Sha Allah your spouse receives passport with Visa this month... you've already waited too long
