Salam Everyone,

Alhamdulilah my wife finally got her visa on November 19, 2014 !!

I applied on December 16, 2010.

Submitted passport on June 16, 2014 and Visa came back 5 months later.

My case was complicated because relatives were against my marriage and they kept sending poison pen letters to the embassy claiming that my marriage was a fraud.

Justice prevails at the end and I am thankful to Allah Swt that my wife and I were able to pursue together in patience through the toughest 4 years of my life.

The truth always remains the same and never changes. I was born and raised in Canada which is the best country in the world because it has the best justice system in the world.

My advice to everyone who is still waiting for their spouses to get the visa is to please be patient, pray and continue to send the embassy proof of ongoing relationship.

JazakAllahukair and Thank you to everyone who have helped me in these forums throughout the years.

One of the longest spousal cases is finally over. November 19, 2014 was the happiest day of my life.

Hi,
time given was within 30 days, however wifey has submitted via TCS yesterday, inshAllah today they will receive.

I also went for Umrah this Ramadan. I begged Allah almighty for our process to be completed by this year end.
God has heard my plead. God is great!

Some flight options to consider are:

PIA direct to Canada (3 days/weekly)

Turkish via Istanbul to Canada (6 days/week from KHI and ISB)

Emirates/Etihad (3 days a week to Canada via Dubai or Abu Dhabi)

One way prices from Karachi are looking to be around $1500-1900.

it is always best to book your ticket as in advance as possible, but i recommend to wait for your Passport with visa first! 8)

Officer working on your file needs to stop being lazy and start working. In Sha Allah you will get your PPR this week.
