They asked me for updated forms, pcc and ppr1. I sent everything 2 weeks ago and still havent heard anything back. I dont know when are they going yo ask for PPr2.

Which forms were asked? BG check is done at the end of the app so that means that they are ready to issue you the Visa. If your VO is LVO then you might get it lil late because of shifting in LDN office. There are few off days due to this reason plus they have Christmas and new year n thanksgiving holidays so this might put delay.

Schedule A, Additional Family info, PCC, Passport bio page and Height eye color. I was hoping to get visa before the end of the year. This is ridiculous. I applied in Aug 2012

my notes mentioned VO suggested to Send A40-PFL letter to PA(principal applicant i.e me)

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

We just don't know the series that's about it.

A40 is some sort of misrepresenting i.e. forge documents etc. I believe PFL = Proof of Forensic Laboratory
