Allhamdullilah finaly after 27 months my wife recived her passport with visa thanks to all members and pray for everyone whos waiting

My mom has 5 year passport and only have 3 years left on it,, Can she apply for 10 year passport without waiting for the old one to expire?

If your mom resides in Canada I don't believe so.
I know for a fact in Ontario your allowed to apply for a new passport when their is only a year left on it.

My wife also received her pp today with the visa!

Hello All
I just like to inform everyone that finally after three years, my spouse got the visa with the passport as we had our interview on Nov 11. The interview was great and they gave the passport right away after the interview with visa stamp as well as the landing papers also. The questions during the interview were more related to the case rather than asking about each other likes and dislikes. The lady was a really nice one but did ask question to both of us to confuse us to give an incorrect response. I like to thank every one for their support. If there is any question or anything u like to ask, please do not hesitate to ask. I wish everyone gets connected with their spouse soon

wow london is fast,, 2013 applicant are lucky compare to old cases who have been waiting for long.. may Allah help us all.

Yes LVO is very fast only for 2013 applicants . many 2012 applicants are still waiting for remedical and passport request.

unfortunately their is no order for these officers they don't care much for older cases... pretty sad that they cannot empathize with us and how we are living without spouses and the ones that have children what their kids are going through

hi you can check the name of visa officer on 2nd page of your notes look assigned to that code will be name of your visa officer.if none it means your file is not assigned to anyone.thanks hope it hepls

I have ordered notes twice and my file has never been assigned to anyone and somehow I've been placed in interview queue???

Alhamdulillah,

Finally I received my passport back with visa today. The whole process completed in 25 months and CHC-I returned my passport in 3 weeks time.

Could you please walk me down the process of ordering notes?

You have to be in Canada to order notes and you will require a credit card it will cost $5.
