I also got an email from LVO on October 8,for marriage registration certificate . Did you get that after remedical request?

Dear Forum Members,
Need your help to decide about the future steps. I got my immigration visa in April 2014 and landed in June as single. After completing the landing formalities I came back to UAE where I am working since 5 years. Now I got engaged and will get marry next year depending about the immigration scenarios. I will highly appreciate the answers of the questions:
1. If I get marry now and bring my spouse here in UAE then can I apply for spouse PR while living in UAE?? (Like if I shall go there for one month and file application from there)
2. If above is not possible then I shall go for Nikkah only and then move to Canada immediately. Can I apply for spouse visa on the Nikkah only? (As I hear from some people the CIC is asking for marriage pix and other stuff)
3. If I have to go for above second scenario then can I apply for spouse visa before getting any job there in Canada???

(Like if I shall go there for one month and file application from there) As PR u can u have to stay in Canada 3 out of 5 year,,u can apply in this condition but ur case will be week most probably visa will be rejected.
2. If above is not possible then I shall go for Nikkah only and then move to Canada immediately. Can I apply for spouse visa on the Nikkah only? (As I hear from some people the CIC is asking for marriage pix and other stuff) yes u can apply after Nikkah many people apply after Nikkah and got visa for picture u can send them pictures of engagement and nikkah and other functions.
3. If I have to go for above second scenario then can I apply for spouse visa before getting any job there in Canada??? there is no income require for applying spouse visa.. just have to send Option C along with ur application.
