For all those who have travelled on babys canadian limited validity passport. Can i take my babys paki passport with me aswell?

I'm sure you will have to take the baby's pakistani PPR because you will have to show he is a pakistani as well ... otherwise they might ask for a NICOP or POC at departing customs (which is NICOP/NIC equivalent for overseas paki children less than 18 years old)

You must take NICOP card/Pakistani passport for baby. I heard one case they stop and not let them take flight at Karachi airport because they don't have NICOP card/pakistani passport. So better get nicop card and if you already have Pakistani passport then its more then enough.

National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistani (NICOP)

Birth certificate isn't enough. You need to have a passport or NICOP for your baby.

Custom officials at Karachi Airport didn't let my cousin board the flight because she didn't a Pakistani passport or NICOP for her 3 months old baby.

Ok then AW doesn't need a nicop or poc right now since AW will carry his/her baby's pakistani passport, all should go well ..

but AW if you want to come to pakistan and ur pakistani PPR expires then you need to make a NICOP for urself and POC for ur baby which wil ensure visa free entry/exit from pakistan ... unless of course ur PPR and ur baby's PPR will be valid at the time of ur next visit to Pakistan

no it does not create any issue. it will help you take flight . if you already have Pakistani passport for baby then you don't need NICOP for time being.

no... i got my mp to call them and LVO told them that they are sending me a letter for "further information". So i am wondering if this could be the letter regarding rukhsati? When do they send out that letter? My file has hit the year mark... so i just want to know what the contents of this letter could be so i can get everything ready by the time the letter comes.

They won't reveal any info to the mp.

Yes you can. But you have to inform london about your complete situation whenever you receive the passport request.

And i will not need to come back to pak specially for PR visa?

This is a red flag to your application. Rukhsty only is a big question mark for them on the case. I do not know why people take such risks regarding spouse sponsorship; may be because of lack of homework before applying. Anyways I wish you all the best and please do not mind I am just sad for yo because it might add time to your case and Also you might asked for interview as well.

You need to collect more pics, letters, joint accounts etc to prove CIC that your relationship is still going an GENUINE.
Start collecting as much valid and relavent info as you can
