this is an rough body paragraph i wrote to change my email address... for subject u should write some thing like "to change address and ur file number"... i wrote this application when my file was in Islamabad.
Dear Immigration Officer,
My Name is ******. I am writing in regards to the file number XXXXXXX. My husband sponsored me dated (Month/Day/Year) and sponsorship was approved dated (Month/Day/Year) and file was transferred to CHC-Islamabad dated (Month/Day/Year).
I want to change my e-mail address on the file from xyz@abc.com to xyz@abc.com as I am graduating in a few months and my current email address would be discontinued by my university soon. Going forward, please kindly send any email communication to this email address xyz@abc.com.
