My wife was asked to send it after 2 weeks.... :-X we sent it after a week.

Congrats! How many days it took your passport to return after CHC Islamabad received it?

Salam , sir your time line and me is same , but after transfer to Islamabad I did not received any response yet, I sent cic isb two time e-mail but he did not answer me, as wel as I sent one mail to London for inquiry that did Islamabad cic transfer my file in your office and when? But still I have no answer both offices, when did you hear that your case is move to isb to London ? Plz share. Thanks in advance. Naveedpcs

My husband got a letter from london at his residence in canada in march or april i exactly dont remember which month stating that our application has been transfered to LVO. And later when we ordered notes we got to know that it was done in feb.

ma file received on 23 june 2013
received a letter on july 2013 that sponser is eligible
i went to thailand in july 2014 wd ma husband and send all the pictures and proof to london office for updation purpose
since that time no update from embessy
ma question is ma case is still nikkha only case ?
will this trip be considered as consumation of marrige?
and will this trip bring positive effects on ma file?

I dont think this will have any negative affect on your application.
Infact that would be considered a strong genuin relationship.

No it will be nikah only unless you submit proof of rukhsati.

rukhsti is a custom in pakistan canadian nothing to do wd rukhsti they are only concerned wd the consumation of merriage , and we consumate our marrige in thailand spend 25 days together after this I guess there is no need of rukhsti thing as ma husband family is in canda where he will take me after rukhsti unless embessy issue me vviza

Well what i have seen during this year and a half, they do take into account all the customary things and rituals. Thats the reason they put majority nikah cases into interview queue. But still you may discuss this with some senior members who applied as nikah only case.

My understanding is if your child is a Canadian citizen, you can do one of the following:

- apply for a facilitation visa if he/she is 2 yrs or older.
- apply for LVP if under 2 yrs (password good for 2 yrs). Two conditions that you have to fulfil are: 1. you must have already applied for Canadian citizenship certificate or apply with the passport application. 2. You must show proof of urgent travel (purchased ticket).

I recently applied for my son's LVP. Took exactly 4 weeks to get it.

Alhamdulliah My wife recived ppr1 n 2 request today .I have urgent inqyiry for members here they ask for passport copies and photo for wife and any dependent .
I am canadian citizend and already applied for my daughter citizenship certificate from islamabad question is do i have to send my daughter pakistani passport copies or do i need to apply LIMMITED PASSPORT for my daughter to travel as she is already canadian citizen . please advice thanks
