Finally some GOOD NEWS!

We are 2013 applicants and my wife received 2nd Medical Request from LVO on Sept. 30th
Also ECAS online status changed to 'In Process' - started working on application.


Now my questions from fellow members:
1) How much average time is needed for PPR to be sent?
2) Because she has got 2nd medical request, does this mean an interview is not needed?
3) Does CIC usually do background/security checks before asking for 2nd medical or do they start checks after 2nd medical is received?

So far I am also waiting for the 28 days time period
It has been 22 days but I have not heard back from LVO

Sorry, I also have bad experience about London like Islamabad they do not reply.

This happened to me and I am fed-up from London same as Islamabad.

Please contact MP and tell him your case crossing timeline he will be able to get status in 1-2 days.

Otherwise it might possible they contacted you and you missed their call or letter. :'(

I was out of city for few days.. Congrats to those who received some good news..
I m still waiting for my passport. It has been a month now n another week is gone no reply from LVO regarding passport return..
My ecas still in process.. N I can't comprehend why they aren't issuing visas to all despite of having our passports n putting everything at hold without any logic..
Its so upsetting that even London is not responding to our emails..

Salam everyone, as you know I arrived in Canada on Sept 19/14 and exactly one week after my husband received his Pass Port back with Visa on Sept 26/14 Alhamdulillah I can never thank Allah for all what Allah has done for us.
My husband will be arriving on Oct 18/14. What does he need to fill out to be ready when he arrives In Sha Allah. He will be traveling onward to New Brunswick with our Persian Cat. We are getting so anxious and all my family feel so happy like after 4 years since we applied.
May Allah bless you all with this great blessing and feelings as we have right now. Also I want to wish everyone Eid Mubarak. I will be having surgery on my back at the end of October as I arrived in bad shape so please keep us in your prayers In Sha Allah. Is anyone traveling on Oct 17/14 from Islamabad to Toronto. My husband flew in Helicopters and a small flight none as long as this flight. So please pray he will be ok and not too nervous. May Allah bless you all In Sha Allah
