hello all

by the Grace of Allah i have received my passport request. it is wife case.

i filed my app on dec, 2012. after long wait i got re medical request in aug 2014. med done in sept, 2014. along with some other info.
in sept , 2014, they asked for the passports.

now they sent an email and said that your visa issuance will be in 2 steps. one is that you will send the passports copies along with updates info chart to london via email or mail.
precisely after 30 days. you will send the passports to ismalabad. they said if you send early they cannot issue the visa until we ask them to do so. anyways.

im currently in pak. i wish to take my family with me. now how long does islamabad usually takes to issue the visa and return passports??
can someone please help.

after medical miraculously they asked asked for passports straight away in about 15 days. thank God. May Allah help you all as well.

Congratulations finally dec 2012 are receiving ppr.. well the whole process takes min 30 days ..it depends wase..hope the best inshaAllah your wife will receive soon..

i have also provided my information along with remed in july..but havent receieved any ppr so far...they didnt ask for my police certifate yet...have you submitted police certificate along with your other documents? and what is your ecas status?

If they have said that u will b without ur passpprt for 2 weeks then hopefuly 2 weeks it is. And congrats

Congrats! What other info did they ask u for besides medical? And when did your ecas status change?

ecase status changed to "In Process" on June 24th 2014.
Notes received on May 28th 2014 and everything seemed to go fine.
Contacted MP in June 2014 I believe and the assistant said that all background checks are completed except for one.
I am hating the hold up right now since everything seems to be fine with our application.

Congratulations . they wrote in email that we can send step 1 by email??when you did your re-medical? After how much days you got passport request? Which date?Now why they asked after 30 days you can send your passport to ismalabad??first they asked after two weeks.
