From any government hospital in pakistan
They will give 2 drops of vaccination and you have done
It have no cost at all and they give you a paper thats your certificate for polio vaccination

I just came back from Pakistan
If you are a citizen or pr holder you dnt need it at all
But if you are a visitor to canada you must have it

I just check my wife ecase status it shows decision made but have not recived any letter or email .remedical was done on september 2nd is any one else have same situation

is this your wife case? when did your ecase changed to "inprocess" ?

my case refused due to following reason:

133. (1) A sponsorship application shall only be approved by an officer if, on the day on which the application was filed and from that day until the day a decision is made with respect to the application, there is evidence that the sponsor
(g) subject to paragraph 137 (c) is not in default of
(i) any undertaking

Let me tell you in detail, TCS doens't directly deliver to Mississauga. TCS itself hands over your packet at Karachi to DHL for delivery to Canada on behalf of TCS, so TCS will take an extra day. If you send packet through DHL, they will send that in 4 working days. So obvious, TCS=DHL+1 day because they are itself client of DHL.
