Yes u r right...I m also feb2013 applicant, received doc request of urdu nikahnamma and its translation on 20 aug.....No remed request till now......

Yes most got the same urdu nikah nama etc request. Perhaps all February applicants will hear good news altogether inshallah....

I m so depressed.. Ecas still says in process n no sign of passport.. People who had their status turned to decision made r receiving their pps back with visa.. N this in process thing is so nerve wrecking...

It seems like they issue a re-med request after asking for additional documents ... so does that mean they start criminality/security after the re-med?

Who? As far as I understand we have to wait 33 month and 11 month is not apply on us as I didn/t found any one whose case is done in 1 year except one even she got visa in 12 month

I want to settle 11 or 33 months processing time for Pakistani applicants at CHC London for once and for all.

Mississauga received my application in October 2013 and sponsorship was approved in November 2013 and fortunately my file went directly to London, and long story short i got passport request on September 24, 2014.

My case took almost around 11 month from the date London received my file. So you can expect to have your case finalized within 11 months if you file transfered directly. It is not going to take 33 months for Pakistani citizens.

One more thing that i want to clarify is that when someone tells you that if you have an extended traveling history then it is going to take longer to do background and security check, this is not true, my last set of notes were generated on August 5th and background and security checks were not started by that time, London did everything within month and a half and sent me passport request on September 24, 2014.

I agree!!!.At least the newer applicants should expect 11 months timeline from the date of transfer.Can you please confirm from your notes in which month the file was received LVO. In my case I received a letter from CIC that file transferred on 24th Jan . But from my notes I saw that LVO received it in mid Feb .

Hi, I need help with some things

I want to send the update of some documents (my wife visited twice after marriage ) like her visits, pics of time spent together and she changed her address as well

my file transferred to London directly

1. so i need the address of London office where i can send the update (I don't want to update the file in soft copy)

2. should we change her address on the e-cas ?

3. my original documents are in London since January and i need them back to get my degrees verified and evaluated by WES Canada so should i do case specific inquiry about them ?

When Landing at pearson Immigiration Officer Asked for ur Adress! What should tell them?
I also heard they deliver PR card on Landing Paper Adress?

you can provide new adress to immigration officer he/she will write new adress on landing paper and u will receive pr card on new adress happened with me in back in 2005.

Guys, I Just checked my inbox; received an email from LVO requesting re-medical and PPR 1 together, dated 25th September 2014.

Here is my timeline:

Application filed: August 2012
Re-medical + Add Doc request: September 2013
File transferred from CHC-I to LVO: June 10, 2014
2nd medical expired: September 13, 2014
3rd Medical + PPR 1: September 25, 2014
