And one thing i would like to know in how many days your wife receive passport with visa stamp ?

Thank you for your response. Passport request from Islamabad on July 01, 2014 in email. She sent the passport via TCS courier on July 02 and received the passport back with visa on July 08, 2014 via TCS.

She landed on Aug 08, 2014. Since then i am waiting for the original documents. Does it really take that long???

I talked to CIC service center and according to them Isb visa office is open and fully functional and its never been closed due to dharna

I was visiting my wife in Pakistan last month and we received a re-medical request on August 27. They also asked for police certificate, passport details, height and eye color.

We were able to schedule an appointment in IOM Lahore for September 5. I drove to Lahore from Gujrat in the floods and my car almost drowned trying to get to the IOM office.... water came inside the car up to my knees but we made it!!!

Hopefully we will get the passport request soon. Please pray for us.

2 other people that I know also received medical requests in the same week.

Does any one know about the processing time that London has which says 11 months, is this for new applicants that there office received or the transfer file also
If one has been waiting for 30 months and then the file gets transferred to london, will the 11 months be from the time the file got transferred to london or from the time it was transferred to islamabad

You can use this portal to send ur files.. There is a restriction on size limit so you have to make sure it should not exceed the given limit. Hope that helps.

Lucky u MashAllah so many membres still waitng for passport get stemp .. I dont think they take much long wait couple of week and then again send inquire @ cic london office.

11 months times for London citizens only who apply for spousal PR .. Applications from Pakistan will be consider timeline which decided by CIC 33 months. (London office is just sharing workload)
And they have no criteria some of members i have seen done with everything in 15 months .. And some ppl still waiting for more then 30 months .. I Pray may God help us out to get out from this stress game asap.

Better to make a pdf of all the forms into a single file. include only whats more important. You can minimize the size with power point by compressing pictures. I did this and later save all those images and forms into pdf. Will take a little bit effort but i find it more convinient rather than installing any other softwares... May be because MS office is more handy.

What is your time line - I applied in July 2012 and got response in Jan 2 2014 for Repcc and forms and remedical but nothing after that nothing is mentioned in GCMS notes applied in July 2014- I am worried- what should I do - I already contacted Deputy minister and Call center and mY MP nothing useful.

thanks for your reply, one more thing in the same form IMM5406 will she write her name in the box of applicant or mine? as it is mention in application guide that applicant is the one who sponsor and principle applicant is the one being sponsored.

Your time line is exactly like mine. I ordered notes 2 months ago and nothing has yet started.
