CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

Hello all

you might not have seen many of my messages here, but i have been following and reading this forum since long time.
my time line is:

Wife sponsorhip

Sent on Dec 28, 2012

AOR received on 22 Jan 2013.

received medical request on Aug, 27 2014.

Medical done Sept 5. 2014.

it is a good news so far. Alhamdulillah.

question

how long does it usually take after that second medical medical???

o BTW God blessed me with a son as well, during this process, his proof of citizenship was applied beginning of this year.

First congrats on the good news of your son. If you have received your 2nd remed you will be getting the visa within 6 months max ....

Really ?? The timeline is NOT 33 months.. You know why ? Check all the late 2013 cases quiet a few of them are completed already as they went directly to LVO .. So yes the timeline may not be 11 months but its not 33 months either ..

Not applicable to all cases, I have been waiting since Remed in January 2014. No signs of PPR!

Why passport now a days take so long to get visa stamp.. i have seen so many of our members still waiting ? I pray we all finish with our cases soon InshAllah

Due to this time waste darna of Imran Khan and Dr. Qadri.

Both are responsible for this delay and it will create backlog and this will effect every applicant.

Like Canadian Foreign works strike from April to September 2013 caused huge back-lock
which result in applications got transferred to London. We are waiting and waiting....waiting......Insane Immigration Canada.

Now Qadri and Imran same insanity in Islamabad.

London is not doing first come first serve and this 11 vs 33 is big BS.

They are giving preference to the applications coming directly to London from Mississauga.

And they are doing selection and personal choice on application transferred to London from Islamabad in Feb 2014.

Allhumdulilah i landed toronto airport on 22nd August and still waiting for PR card. At airport they said it ll take 6-8 weeks to get PR card in mail. Now i have two question:

1. Some people says PR card usually comes after 3 months. But on website it says 40 days, so what other experianced?
2. If i dont have PR card and i want to visit USA in a mean time whats the chances I ll get visa ? or is it better to wait for PR card please let me know

If a sponsorship process is terminated on account of divorce, will this have a negative effect on sponsoring the new spouse?
LVO is still showing 11 months, have they completed any of the files which were transferred directly to LVO

1) Around 40 Days, my friend recently got it
2) You can't enter back in Canada without PR card, the PR visa is a one time entry that u have already consumed.

I Hope that I do not have to wait another 32 months
I just hope that this waiting period is over soon as this is really causing grief for me that even though I am married but I cannot begin my married life

I agree with you, people fighting for their rights in Pakistan should care about people who are trying to leave the country.

that means only i will fill that form as am sponsoring my wife,or only she will fill it as she is principle applicant, also it is part of her application package
