sorry just shocking .. I am sure you have seen people who applied notes, got to know they were in interview queue and then got out of it after sending additional docs

fizz usually posts the process of applying notes .. let me know if you need link and stuff?

its done online, costs 5 bucks, needs ur hubby's signature on consent form and u shud get it in 30 days, simple as that. u shud at least know why they asked for those docs twice .. maybe they weren't satisfied the first time? maybe they didn't get them, lost them?

I ordered notes about 10 times lollll maybe they got fed up and haven't sent me for my most recent request ... its been 40 days now :-\

We received ******** application for permanent residence on November 20, 2012.

We started processing ********* application on August 21, 2014.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on ******** application. The office will contact ******** concerning this decision

Hi,

does any one know about TD non-immigrant visa? I am a Canadian citizen and working on TN visa in USA, now i am married now, we apply of r her change of status and she got TD nn immigrant visa and an new i-94. but there is no stamp on her passport. now she wants to visit Pakistan her home country can she apply for stamp of visa from n US or she has to go to Pakistan and apply for visa? are there any problems in getting this visa from Pakistan?

No she can't apply for us visa while staying in USA. Home office usually gives visa on paper and new I-94 but no stamp on passport. So if she leaves the country, she has to apply for a visa to re-enter USA. As you are Canadian citizen, I would suggest to get Canadian visit visa for her, and get her us visa from canada. You know getting visa from Pak is always tricky. Good luck!
