Now I am very depressed n frustrated because my husband got only additional documents request two time instead of remedical request. When you applied?

Who knows if the CHC was completely shut down for the day or only those departments were that have direct contact with people .. Like where u go apply for passport and ask a query or whatever .. VOs might still be working in the back #justathought

I think Omni file transferred to london in Feb while rite nw LVO is contacting to those whose files were transferred in Jan..

my husband file was tranfared in feb 2014 as well i spoke to my mp again she said she will call me tom they gave me date till 24 aug which is passed no email frm london yet so i had to call her back so hope inshallah she will give me gud news

Interesting. My MP office said they checked with Ottawa and they will open the file sometime in September. It's good thing that at least they gave you a date to work around.

does any one know about TD non-immigrant visa? I am a Canadian citizen and working on TN visa in USA, now i am married now, we apply of r her change of status and she got TD nn immigrant visa and an new i-94. but there is no stamp on her passport. now she wants to visit Pakistan her home country can she apply for stamp of visa from n US or she has to go to Pakistan and apply for visa? are there any problems in getting this visa from Pakistan?

my hubby did his remed in may 2014 .. with repcc and Schedule A .. they said wait for 4 months .. they are almost up I'm waiting to hear good news soon inshAllah .. you will hear it soon as well
