TOTAL Processing Time for 2012 Wife Case Nikah ONLY: ~~~ 880 Days | 2.4 Years | 29 Months.

i've booked the ticket for wifes arrival ISB-YYZ Friday August 29th.

I will remember you all in my prayers; I pray you all have a speedy resolution to your applications and that you join your spouse soon.

Please pray for our brothers and sisters and children in Palestine. We have lost many of our family there. You will be free soon, InshAllah.

I recived my wife remedical form and london visa office ask for my child birth certificate they also mention in the letter.
Dear Applicant,

We are writing with regards to your family-class application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please note that, as you may already be aware, this office has taken over responsibility for the processing of family-class applications from the Visa Office in Islamabad.

Please be advised that, in order for us to proceed with your application, we require the following items:

- If your child has a claim to Canadian citizenship, please provide us with the following: the child’s full birth certificate, showing both your names and/or the child’s Canadian passport. The child will require appropriate documentation of status before arriving in Canada.

- Repeat medical examination as your current medical expired in July 2013; please note that medical instruction forms will be emailed separately.

Now I have already applied for my child citizenship certificate but my child does not have any travel document even no pakistani passport what should i do should i apply for my baby pakistani passport in case if london visa office request for my baby passport also with my wife after remedical or should i request london visa office for Limmited Validity passport for travel.

Aoa,

No its not compulsory that you are employed the only thing you need to do is to give CHC prove that your spouse will not apply for social welfare for atleast 3 years so you dont need to be worry becaz you are approved for sponsorship and IN SHA ALLAh you will hear soon from CHC just pray to ALLAH ....

Guys need help on Biometic thingy .. applied for TRV earlier (online) and they mailed back that i have 5 days to pay biomatric fee.. Do they just want fee or are we suposed to go to VAC centre and do the biometric thingy. Also do they take cash at the center or just certified cheque.
