I just checked mine and it says the same that we started processing your file on aug 15. I applied in Aug 2012. I have been sent an email for remedical on Saturday Aug 16, however due to the political circus in Islamabad their offices are closed and therefore I haven't been able to schedule a medical yet, I have sent them an email already though. What do you guys think? How long is it gonna take now, considering I never heard anything and this is the first piece of communication from their end.

If everything goes well it will take 2 - 4 months from
the date of medical done.

My medical is still valid for another 10 months as i did it in June 2014 (voluntarily) because i did not do upfront medical when i submitted my application.

Do you know how long it takes to get any correspondence after changing to In Process?

My case was little different because i have not done upfront medical when i submitted my application, so when i went for medical the doctor could not get my information on e-medical system with my UCI# so he entered my medical as upfront and made a small note in the system about my UCI#.

But i guess if you have already done your upfront medical then you CAN NOT redo it Voluntarily, you have to wait for London to sent you the remedical request. ( I might be wrong on this, but this is my personal opinion, maybe some senior member can comment onto it).

Our file is in Islamabad and not in LVO.
And yes we did submit the medical upfront
that is expired long time ago.

Lets see if any other member has done
the med voluntarily.

Actually we are afraid that ISBD has
sent us med and add doc req (as shown in the outgoing section in the
GCMS notes)
But unfortunately we are afraid that we
have missed the post or email.
We did contact the ISBD but no response from them.

did you try contacting your MP or even email london with the same information indicating the fact you never received the request and if they can resend it...

Is it ok if I contact London about this
situation as our file is in ISBD and never
went to London.

I already sent email to ISBD but they didnt reply.

what's the worst that will happen? they will respond back with the standard reply of your file being in ISB... but on the flip side, they can resend you the requests via email or send ISB a note about your situation..
