Fatima you need to inform them and apply for your child's Canadian citizenship certificate if he/she was born in Paksitan as soon as possible. The certificate could take 3-6 months.
You need updated Adobe reader and Java softwares on your computer in order to view and edit these documents.

i m glad u answered. i have always seen ur replies and have found them helpful. so thank u. i m still pregnant. the child isnot here yet. my husband is trying to ask to them to do my visa thing quickly because he wld like my delivery in canada?
pls help. y r these ppl such idiots?

Since you had informed about your new baby coming to this world now you have to fill out the required documents. Although, if they approved your application before your baby was born then you have to either apply for his Canadian citizenship and stay at Pakistan. Its depends on CHC and medical expiry date, for visa limit. If your child borns and it takes time to get his Citizenship certificate and your visa expires then it could be a problem. SO i think wait till baby born because he/she hasnt born yet so you cant put his/her name on IMM0008 yet. But either way if you get visa before birth you can go to Canada. For "IOM" remedical they cant do your remedical till the baby is born.
Also consider Airline doesnt allow 7 months pregnent women to board the airplan. for PIA airline >> luggage and Gold and expected mothers' policy.....http://www.piac.com.pk/pia_experience/pia-experience_trevinfo.asp

OKay

I have a question about adding baby if he/she is born in Pakistan..

I am a Canadian citizen and got it through my dad ( I wasn't born in Canada ) so my child if born in Pakistan, would have to be added as a dependent then? or can I apply for passport directly?

If I were a born citizen then my child would get the citizenship directly ..

because I read on forum that it depends how the mother/father got citizenship .. if they got it through baby's grandparents then the baby is not a citizen if born outside of Canada but if one of the baby's parent was born in Canada then the baby becomes a citizen directly ..

shed some light on it . not expecting a baby but its good to know,
thanks

If either Father or Mother is Canadian citizen throuigh by birth or naturalized canadian the baby would be Canadian i think so, but you can call cic at 1-888-242-2100

They usually answer/reply with standard templates unless you give them specific details [like your husband is a citizen, which you didn't]. Your case may be accelerated but there are quite a few people here in similar situation waiting for a year after they informed CIC about them expecting.

You are not automatically a Canadian citizen if…
you are born outside Canada to Canadian parent(s) on or after April 17, 2009, but neither parent was born or naturalized in Canada.

dont u think this will apply to babies born in Pakistan?

I have 2 question = how easy is it to get super visa for parents= is it 100 % guaranteed ?

what is the easiest way to get PR for parents for manitoba residence ?

Q1-A>> Not 100 % but it depends on many factors i.e

Financial support from you and their own bank money.
Medical insurance in Canada
Your family size in Canada
ETC >>

The news of pregnancy usually delays the case? Right?

We shld not have informed them.we made a mistake. Didn't we? Bcoz all of this is going to delay the visa. Now I feel bad for myself. I made a huge mistake.

Yes, I'm sponsoring my wife. She will call on Monday to book an appointment for medical. I applied in May 2012 and file was transferred to ISB in AUG 2012 and to London on JUN 19, 2014.

Your file transferred to London in January or June 2014?

Don't worry, by informing them if they want they would only delay the remedical because of pregnancy. I think so its better you had informed them because what if they sent you a remedical request during your pregnancy and IOM "medical" would say no to you because of pregnancy.
When you add baby on a sponsorship application it may delay the case for another 5-6 months but this is not your case as your husband is a Canadian so when your child would born he/she becomes Canadian. So you only have to apply for his/her Canadian citizenship certificate which could take from 3-6 months.
