Could you please confirm the following:
1. New Schedule A/Background Declaration form is form number IMM 5669 (12-2012)E?
2. Do I have to send them the copy of my pp If they are asking for client pp info and height and eye colour?

Thanks Raheel. I am very disappointed. No progress in case at all. Not sure how to order notes too. I tried yesterday and was stuck at the point where its ask which file i like to receive.is it sponsorship file or immigration file

I always choose immigration file for both Privacy Act and Access to Information Act ... but for Privacy Act, the person must be physically in Canada.

I think canada does not want husbands anymore they are only processing wife cases
