Just got remed and other forms request from london.
Could you please confirm the following:
1. New Schedule A/Background Declaration form is form number IMM 5669 (12-2012)E?
2. Do I have to send them the copy of my pp If they are asking for client pp info and height and eye colour?

when does CIC request this? after you get PP back? it was not mentioned in the PPR #1/2 letters...is this voluntary?

Well brother its not relate to CIC for you , It is all because the World Health Organisation has made it mandatory for every person leaving Pakistan to carry a Polio Vaccination Certificate though you can get this at airport but due to high demand on airport many passenger get their certificate from their town to safe the time at airport
However i heard that now whose getting new medicals from CIC they are requested to have Polio and Malaria Vaccination

Hi quick question for those who sent and received their passports with visa. does TCS track the return of the passport aswell???

I Wish this could happen But am really sorry brother you Cant track return of passport officially by TCS however if you have any friend who works at TCS then you may do unofficially

this is not the requirement of embassy
this requires for all the international travel

Salam my sister got email about re medical, new police cert, and final remaining fee of 1000cad,,, and they ask for passport number and expiry and height and eye colour,,, does anyone have any experience about that,, they need all this info in 60 days.. after sending this info how much time it takes to complete the process kindly reply

There are total 27 cases of feb 2013. There were only 8 jan 2013 applicants and 7 got their remeds

From where you guys get all the infomation? Anyways I too anxious to hear more Feb 2013 updates
