Dear All.

I got passport request from LVO stating 2step procedure to submit passport mentioning Pakistani law of not sending passports outside country.
However I am based in UAE now on resident visa and my passport is with me ?

I sent the email stating I am UAE based now.

Kindly advise what what's expected from this stage.

congratulation,

most probably you have to send uae pcs , the best option for you was to inform chc when you travel to UAE . its not a big problem but it might take few extra months .


please clarify your full details for 2013 applicant


was your file transfer to Islamabad or straight to london

Hello all,
Here is an update of our case.
We ordered GCMS notes last month.
Today when I got them,
Alham Du Lillah i saw notes from visa officer approving our case and giving positive cooment s a out our marriage (of course its genuine marriage with our Two Canadian born sons).
In the notes visa officer JC01774 has updates
his notes on 17june and
Assigned to KM9083 with due date july 17.
In assessment the criminality is also written :In progress while in the
Two months previous notes the criminality was not started.
Also in yhe latest notes officer said that "PLEASE EXEMP RELEASE UNDER
ATI ACT 16(1).
Also saying that
Cost recovery paid: RPRF Outstanding
Meds: In Progress, will cancel and ussue new meds.
Foss check done.
FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS REQUESTED:

Updated forms
Updated p/c
B/C of children (long forms)
Copy of sponsor ppt with entry exit stamps
Post wedding pics

Plz reply why even after two months we didnt get any letter or email from cic even though in the notes the officer has asked to send medical and add doc request.

You can order them once per month and it does not impact your file.

Are you sure we can only order notes once per month. Because i read that some forum members are ordering them every two weeks.

So what you mean is if someone order notes twice in a month then he/she will only get one set of notes only?

U can order them anytime. There is no restriction and no negative impact over your case!!!

Yes i agree with you. Someone mentioned that you can order them only once in a month (which to me was not correct)

You can order notes as many times as you want but you will get them 30 days after you apply.

Exactly. The ATIP folks will email you saying that they already have a request from you and will use your second or subsequent request to process the ATIP request. Hence my reasoning that notes can be obtained once every 30 days. Sorry if I wasn't clear to some members.

Unless you order the notes under privacy act and after 15 days order it under information act. That way you'll get 2 sets of notes within a month.

Did u check all ur inboxes and junk mail?? If not then maybe email london office or send a case specific inquiry showing them this proof from gcms .. Tell them u didnt receive anything .. Is there anything under incoming or outgoing ?? Look at that carefully .. U dont wanna see a comment like we asked for repcc and remed but didnt get anything
