That is quite a long time. I think the wait time from ppr-1 to ppr-2 was 6 weeks (if i remember correctly). You need to follow-up with LVO asap.

I am trying to submit a case specific inquiry using the web based form they have on London Visa Office's website and it keeps giving me an error when I submit the online form? I have been trying for two days now.

Is anyone else having the same issue? Is there anyway else to contact London visa office?

Salam one time a forum member was waiting over a year. They had his Pass Port over 14 months and they had to check every place he went. Sometimes the back ground checks are not done like ours or we would be busy packing In Sha Allah.
They are doing them now like just started I pray Allah hears all our prayers and we are with out spouses soon In Sha Allah.....

Also have you got the request in email or by post.
