i got my Passport back with visa...

my case status changed into decision made on 14th of July i guess..

i wish all the 2012 and 2011 applicants get done with this heart wrecking process soon....

OMG!! r u sure about it coz it is extracted at the same date i ordered just after 3 hours e.g I applied in 9.05 at morning and they extracted it at 12.35 PM at the same day but why they took then a whole month to deliver me ?? Just a question ?
n for second question u r asking at the first page of the notes ryt?? there updated date is Feb 24, 2014 but i received the letter of transfer at January 22, 2014 so what does it means they sent me letter earlier?? and actually file moved o london from islamabad at Feb 24, 2014??

Seems like there wass a mass transfer during february. I have the same date of transfer. But this could be the possibility that you file was transfered during january but they updated it in their records on 24th feb. Makes sense? Although i am not sure abt when do they extract it, i assume that this could be it as they have mentioned it. You can expect anything from them ..

If it has said waiting for interview and you want to get out of it send more documents! I know from the interview with the Visa Officer my husband had on July 7/14 I was there and he told us that they were thinking of having all couples come to the Interview as it could help the case if it was not looking good. So my advise to you is send more proof of your ongoing relationship In Sha Allah...

Do you mind copy pasting the email you received for PPR 1? You can omit personal information but I'm curious to see what the email message/contents for PPR1 compared to security background checks.

Since Pakistani law does not permit the mailing of Pakistani passports from Pakistan to other countries, we will not ask you to submit your passport to our office in London. The issuance of your permanent resident visa will be a two-step process. Step 1: Follow the instructions in this letter to submit the requested items to our office in London. Please carefully read the enclosed/attached ‘Step 2' instructions for submitting your passports in precisely 2 weeks. Step 2: Do not submit your passport to our Islamabad office until 2 weeks after you submit your documents to London. The Islamabad office cannot issue your visa before we instruct them to do so; (if you submit your passport early, it will be returned to you without a visa). My sponsorship application was sent directly to London after it left Mississauga. My question is, is that normal?

I was under the impression the application goes to Islamabad first? Is that not the case or is the process changed.

also Order notes to keep yourself updated on visa officer's concerns, so they can be address in advance, it can save some processing time.
