some people are lucky .. got the ppr already .. i did remed in may and still waiting .. but I don't think i should be complaining .. a handful of people who did remed end of last yr /start of this yr are also waiting for ppr

I received the GCMS notes from where I can confirm my actual date of extraction of notes and secondly from where I can found the actual file transfer date to london from the notes. Please guide me

Right at the bottom of each page you have time generated and date generated.
For your date transfer date, you can see in the history where application status is given. The last updated date i suppose is your date of file transfer.

and one of my cousin case (wife case) completed in just 8 months she applied in Nov 2013 and got visa in July 2014 and she is going to Toronto on 22 July.InshaALLAH

No man .. 36 months is the undertaking time .. Which means if ur spouse goes on welfare during that timeframe you will be responsible to pay for it .. Its not the processing timeline.. Infact i have never seen the processing timeline on my gcms notes
