Medical done: may 2013
Applied: june 2013
Aor received: july 2013
File transferred to LVO: feb 2014
Original documents returned: may 2014
Additional proofs of visit: june 2014 submitted through LVO web portal

I have a question bugging me from a few days.
My husband ordered gcms notes and found out that vo assigned "to" & "by" both the spaces are empty in the application assignment, whereas down in the eligibiltiy assessment and medical sections we have vo assigned with a code as well as there are due dates mentioned for july 8th and july 16th. So does it mean that the file is under process and a vo is working on it? Just curious!

yes thats true. sabar ka phal to mitha hai but yeh phal ugane ke lie hume kanto me hath marna per raha hai.......... :'( :'( :'(

ur file is waiting to assigned immigration officer for reviewing that's mean to...by mean who will assigned ur file to immigration officer.u wait until 3,4 month to check the status about ur file

Okay i get that already. But what my concern is we have vo assigned in medical and eligibility assessment sections and the due dates as well. Is it necessary to have vo assigned in the application area only?

Is the officer by name of "RC-9570" assigned to both medical and eligibility?

If yes, RC-9570 is the code for CPC-Mississauga. You can see that this is an RC code by turning to page 3 on your notes where it says Secondary Office(s): 2

RC Code: 9570 - the Due Date here is 1 year after your application was approved as sponsor.



If no, that's great news and it means that an actual officer has been assigned.
