I am an august 2012 applicant. My wife left for Canada the day before yesterday after staying with me for 11 months. I see a lot of august applicants receiving ppr's whereas, I have not even heard a single word from them since the day I applied. My status hasn't changed on the website and my medical expired God knows how many months ago. It's really depressing to see people who have applied after me have received pprs and what not. Our case was straightforward, I don't have a travel history, In fact I applied for a passport after we got married. My file is in Islamabad inside a cabinet that is maybe sold out in an auction or something. This is really messed up.

Yes, you are right ... there August 2012 and I've noticed March 2012 cases being overlooked.

I wonder if there's a check on the people who work there. How difficult is to evaluate someone, especially after so many proofs.

I always thought they sent files in batches to different officers in the 'sponsorship' program and that they followed the sequence number of our file numbers i.e. F000xxxxxx ... guess not ...

I have same timeline as yours same situation no news yet except i know that file is in london.

Guys dont worry and dont lose hope........ inshallah you will be getting something soon.

Just tell me do you know where your file is?
Did you send any additional documents voluntarily before?
Have you ever order notes?

If not then do that above things one by one or if you missed to do anything above mention then do it right now and Insha Allah you will get reply cic with in month.

If they push the limit (hopefully not) your husband will get visa stamped approx 60 days to 45 days prior to med expiry. They don't expire med when case goes into in process.

If no correspondence after in process, give them 30 days or so, they are doing background and security checks. (I found out from my notes when case went into in process)

Things will be over quick after ppr-1, just in a month. Visa will be issued.

By the looks of it my hubby should be here in 4 months
ecased changed from "Application Recieved" to "In Process"
No PPR yet
Mecial expired on Dec 4th, 2014 which is less than 5 months away

not if naqibee is a islamabad only case..then the wait for the passport return is very long....newb003 has been waiting for 8 weeks!

i hope u get ur PPr2 soon .. I recvd the same email asking for PCC schedule1 eye color etc june 3rd medical done june 10th recvd june 14th ... is this PPR 1 or there is gona be another email regarding PPR1 plz do respond

ISB. Is the worst case scenario. PPR don't come back, friend of mine sent it in may no response.

But if your LVO case after ppr-1 you got a max 30 day countdown (most of the time).

Background/security checks, are done according to VO decision. Some do it before ppr-1 some do it when ppr-1 is requested. Regardless, takes approx 20-30 days.

Ppr email usually has a heading of "PHEP (SXB-1)".

How did you send documents? through portal or email........ if you did email last time then send them via portal at this time..... i hope you will get something.
