I go to Check ecase status and fillup all the info which i remember on my finger tips. OH ALLAH G. What happened? Is it possible they are going to update my file and they will issue me a file number for further proccessings?

am sure it would be of no concern. This happened to me while back. I used to check the status, which turned out to be my (sponsor's) status because I entered my own information. To check my wife (applicant) status, I had to enter her information with the application number/UCI

also, if you ever ordered GCMS notes, you can find your file number from there..

There would be two UCI issued for you and your spouse. Try other one and if you do not know the other one tgen wait for your gcms notes to come it will mention in that

Hi shakeel1, I am sure you know what you are doing and it must be a system glitch. I have had a weird experience with E-case just day before yesterday and when checked again yesterday it was different again. At this point I check E-case just as a habit of doing it but do not put too much hopes/concerns over it. Before anything happens on Ecase, you will be notified by email etc. So relax and hope/pray for the good news.

mu3id ...uci number is enough,dont worry some times its happen so i suggest u call to cic canada and ask about this problem and give them only uci number thats it.... they will solve your problem ok

Shakeel bhai this is happening with me as well. When I enter my (sponsor) client ID its giving me the same error as you but when I enter my wife's (principal applicant) UCI or File Number it works.

Don't worry .... some maintenance might be underway.
