Salam forum members,

My husband received the letter yesterday by registered mail for another interview for July 7,2014 at 10AM. I made a mistake by saying it was the fourth interview its the third interview.

Still why on earth another interview I have no idea, but the letter states a list of things that have not been on the other letters before. Like it states that if the spouse is with the applicant in Pakistan they are requested to attend the interview. Also any proofs of ongoing relationship like photos, chats, and receipts of purchases of gifts also phone bills.

I have sent my boarding pass for my arrival June 09/14 along with a small letter requesting where they are at this time in the process.

This was before I received and email from my MP stating they have received notice that an interview was in the works.

Last Friday I received word from Minister's office that******** could be scheduled for an interview around July 7th and that a letter would be sent. Yesterday Minister ‘s office confirmed this and sent me this message:




«Heard back from officials that they will be contacting the client shortly to arrange a new interview. Hopefully this will lead to a final decision on the file.»

I so pray In Sha Allah that this interview will give the Visa Officers a clearer and final picture of our relationship and ask for his Pass Port. They asked him for another Police Clearance Certificate this will be the third and a medical was not asked for as it will expire at the end of July In Sha Allah as on their official website it states that a Visor Officer will accept a medical that has expired 6 months before.

I beg of everyone to please pray for us as we are now entering the 44 month of filing our application In Sha Allah.... Only Allah knows better and I pray Allah answers out prayers in this matter

In Sha Allah this would be the most wonderful RAMADAN in all the years we have been together In Sha Allah and I pray Allah hears our prayers and answers them too In Sha Allah.

May ALLAH answer all our prayers for us all to be with our spouses soon In Sha Allah..

raheel so my questoin is why timeline showing on immigration page for pakistan is still 32 months ? london will handle our case because lot of cases are pending,and staff of chc islamabad is not enough and they are not free to move in pakistan because of security threat etccj said by head of immigration department.... so it doesnt mean london will process your case like britian or from britian.and if you see "europe section" london 11 months and pakistan is still 32 months http://www.canadavisa.com/family-sponsorship-processing-times.html


Bro!!! When you file transferred to london as your primary office then london timeline will applies to your case. CHC-Isl do not deal with PR cases anymore. Time line mean sh**it. For straight forward complete application it was taking 16 to 18 months from CHC-Isl on average. Many ppl will agrees with me that somewhere we do not get clear picture from members in the form when they write about their cases. Anyway, 11 month applies to the cases where your primary V/O stated as CHC-Lon. Normally for British citizen it take 6 to 8 months to recieved PR and not 11 months. My advise to all the members that go to their MP office every 8 weeks for inquiry. More you bug them better chance you have. They can not stop you to use their services , they are their to serve Canadians.

There is not much to worry here.

The "In process" in ecas, is a good sign. That means your spouse has passed her eligibility stage. They probably just have to do their protocol (background/Security) checks.

Depending on VO some members would get PPR-1 right away after In process others got it few weeks down the road. (End of the day you will get it).

There was just probably some minor things pending. That being the reason why it was sent back to LVO.

My ecas changed to DECISION MADE. no correspondence yet. my husbands phone doesn't work. if they call. what happens? im confused. ecas said theyll contact the applicant. what to do.

Go to the bottom of your notes to the section "notes".

That is where all the important info and facts are written for your file.

If VO states the marriage is genuine, there will be no interview.

There are 3 basic ways of contacting applicant.
1-phone
2-email
3-post mail.

If all fails, they will withdraw file from spousal category.

Medical result have been received but no date wrote it here.... so i guess they are talking about my old medical results?

once my remed was complete. the doctor sent an email, it was a receipt of the medical exam and it stated that it was forwarded to CIC

Did that email include any medical details or just the payment receipt ?
