CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

My friend is sending an application to sponsor her husband from Afghanistan. IMM 0008 Form asks in question 4 "Immigration Office Requested for processing this application", Can someone please let me know what office I would indicate here?

Another question I have is in regards to the additional country specific documents Middle East and Central Asia [IMM 3911] (PDF, 358 KB). In this section there is the declaration I, _________________________, hereby authorize the Canadian High Commission in Islamabad, Pakistan, to contact all governmental authorities, including all police.... Now if the file is going to New Delhi is this authorization still valid or do we need to complete a different form? Please advise as we are clueless and there is no info to clarify this.

I have just sent them an email also ... hopefully tmrw i'll see the note and inshAllah there will be some sort of process on it.

I applied for them on may 5 got them yesterday after emailing atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca

I told them the date I applied. uploaded my receipt and gave them ALL the info .. my UCIs, file numbers, address, DOB - both my husband's and mine
Everything I could think of that would help them to retrieve my info lol

I got a lot of good info from my notes, On the final pages near the end had some good updates about relationship being genuine and bona fide and then there was an update of the emails I had sent them about my original documents and confirming the mailing address, apart from that nothing much, second medical was received by them in Nov, 2013 and still waiting for PPR but what makes me angriest is the fact that numerous people that have applied after Feb 2012 are receiving PPR 1 and 2 already and I have nothing because there is absolutely no sense of priority queuing and they transferred my app in may 2012. That's 25 months of BS and 28 months total waiting time.

This is exactly what I feel ..but nothing much we can do but to wait ...hopefully we will hear something real soon inshallah

ASA all. Need a little help. I will be going for my re-medical soon and will appreciate if anyone can advise me about the process. I need to take the forms CIC emailed me and other documents like photos etc... am I supposed to notify them then that I have done the medical exam or send something to them?

No u dnt need to send chc anything
IOM ll update them
Just keep the receipt carefully for ur record
