Ask ur wife in pak to apply for her trv herself. It's a v easy process. U can guide her over Skype

When you apply for TRV, you have to submit your passport as well right?

What if they send you re-med/ppr in the meantime?

Ano ji ap ki ppr to Bas ab a jani chaye Bohat ho gai yar . Or yeh mirha kehan gai Legta hey mirha peer ji wazifo per leg gai hain, mirha ji humary lie bhi dua kero

Yes.
If they send re-med/ppr in the meantime, send them a request to return Passport for meds, or if possible, get the re-med done and then tell em they already have the ppt in trv section
