Somebody who works for immigration told me if you email for an inquiry the assistants or clerks actually pull your file out to check the progress and check it up on the system. She said the notes will not give you information about security it even those clerks .. She said that file rooms are old and dusty and when the officer opens the file he or she actually wants to work on it and finish processing .. Our mistakes kind of put us back in the queue to be reviewed. I dont know kitni suchai hai but thats what she told me.

Logically, that shouldn't hold true, since the files are now scanned into the system and it's just a matter of querying the file status on GCMS system.

But then again with CIC nothing is logical .

I got back my Limited Validitiy Passport of my son today. They took exactly 20 working days to tcs it to me.

One member of my family done Alhamdulliah.

Thats what i thought but she was in calgary office so they do still have files .. Wasnt telling me abt Isb .. She was talking abt in general .. So i listened to her .. Always good to get some insight ..

Alhumdulilah my husband got his passport back today with visa and copr total processing time 28 months.

My husband didnt receive his original docs back. Will my representative received his documents or we will have to ask isb or ottawa?

ano987 are you checking your junk folder?? Maybe you are receiving notes there. I would suggest you call CHC Mississauga to ask for investigation. This is information that can't be held back from you.

Actually its my husband who applied for notes n yes he is checking his junk regularly.. but nothing so far..
Probably calling CHC mississauga is the only left option because i tried everything..
