My application status also changed to "In process" today. It says they started processing my application on May 28th. Thanks to Allah for progress on my application.

Hi Folks , I need to add my baby to our application. My baby should get Canadian as I am citizen already so what is the proceedure and how to file and how long is it gonna take.

The trend now seems to be all August 2012 applicant's E-CAS status has changed to 'In Progress' ... correct me if I'm wrong.

Well it seems that not all as some like mine and Ch. Immigration cases and many others are still in Islamabad.
But overall it seems that those which are transferred to LVO are ones getting processed faster.

You don't need to add your kid to your application, you will need to get Canadian passport for him/her from Canadian embassy. Couple of guys here have already done the same, they may respond with more info.

Woah..my file just went from "Application Received" to "In Progress"

with a burden loadshedding comment of "we started processing your application on May 26, 2014"

the timing though is what intrigues me. so there is a method to this madness

and we need more of this type of loadshedding rather than the one that just took out my lights here in Kharian
