In the interview letter, they mentioned these documents and we have already submitted these when we filed our case in the first place.


Do we have to submit these again ??

I dont know what to do ?

We already submitted PCC in August last year and now they want this again.

They already have our all original documents including Nikkah nama, Nikkah certificate.

Please guide me

Hey these were the exact forms they asked me to re-submit and this is quite normal coc IMM0008 contains the basic info of the applicant which may subject to change during the processing of the application ..this is normal they do ask the applicants to send some updated info ..for example the address change, email address, phone number change, birth of a child etc..don't worry resubmit those forms and I think we should submit anything they ask for even if we have already done this just because they are looking into our files at least !

dats such a good news mashallah...many many congrats to u....i got ppr 1 on the same date as urs...so hoping for ppr 2 very soon too inshallah....btw can u plz share dat at wat time did u recieve the email?? was it from islamabad embassy??did ur status change to decision made....plz share...waiting for ur reply

My application (Spousal) has recently been transferred to LVO from Mississauga office. I am a Canadian citizen. Kindly advise if I were to move to Pakistan till my spouse has received visa, is that ok?

Also do I need to fill some other types of forms or a letter to LVO stating I am moving to Pakistan till the visa processing is undergoing? Thanks

u r lucky that your file is driectly tranfered to LVO your case may be done within a year ....
and second thing is no need to teel the embasy that you are moving to paksitan either they delay your processing by considering that u can manage to live in paksitan....or may afford to live there or may u have no future plans to settled in canada..
