Has anyone received the PPR stage 2 request yet?
Its been 26 days since LVO received all my requirement for PPR 1 but still no response! Im super anxious!

Ive received ppr2 and now patiently waiting for tcs guy to bring back passport.

Send them an email at ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca with the following information and attach the consent form :

UCI/File number of the applicant
Applicant's name
D.O.B of the applicant.
you name [assuming you are the sponsor]
Temporary tracking number of the notes that you received in the confirmation email

You can fill it by hand or using a pdf software, it is your choice. All instructions are included in the link provided earlier [its below as well], you will have to read the last page and follow it since that is why the doc was created.
